This website is inspired by the Justice League!
We came up with the name Lindy League a long time ago to represent what we sought to do in the Pioneer Valley: provide an organization for Lindy Hop enthusiasts to work together and unite our various strengths and specialties. We never really had a website for the Lindy League until last year, despite the official existence of the Lindy League, which dates back to 2002. To make a long story short, the logo was borne of the visual concept of the old Justice League comic books and cartoons. Then came the website, which came together really quickly with the help of Michael Delaney (as usual - specifically you can thank him for that spotlight idea...and the actual spotlight), my lovely wife Camille, who actually didn't seem to mind talking about website design this time, and Matthew Wimmer, who is amazing with Photoshop and color.
