The Lindy League is working with the Wednesday night dance at the Northampton Center for the Arts to provide progressive Lindy Hop series at both the beginner and intermediate levels. The classes will be taught by Christine, Mark and Tricia. Beginner classes are held from 6:30-7:30pm. Intermediate is held from 7:30-8:30pm Occasionally, a Balboa series is taught in place of the intermediate Lindy Hop class. Each class is $5. The Wednesday night classes are followed by a dance at the Center for the Arts from 8:30-11:00pm. more details >>
The Lindy League hosts a dance at the First Churches of Northampton on the fourth Saturday of every month. There will be an introductory swing lesson from 7:30-8pm. The dance, featuring local DJs Camille "C-Jam" Fontanella, Mark "Ragmopp" Page, and Tricia Lea, is held from 8-11pm. Cover: $8 regular / $5 students and seniors.
